Who can export
Owners and admins of a workspace can export everything. Editors can export records, fields and data series.
Exports are free on every plan, including the free plan, and after a plan ends.
To download your own personal data, go to your account settings.
How to export
- Full export: open your workspace, go to Exports and choose Export everything. We email you when the files are ready. Files stay available for 30 days and you can generate them again at any time.
- Records, fields and data series: use Export on the screen that shows them, or open Exports and choose New export.
The full export
One zip file, or several parts of up to 200 MB with photos in their own parts. The manifest lists every file with its rows, size, checksum and schema.
The README is in the language you choose and in English.
The same data gives the same files, so you can compare checksums between exports.
The full export contains personal data (names, emails, tax and registration numbers, conversation history). Store it securely.

- Times are UTC in ISO 8601; local_date columns give the farm's date.

Switching and leaving
- Notice: start now or on a date up to 2 months ahead.
- Transition: 30 days of full service while you move. You can extend it once.
- Retrieval: at least 30 days after the transition, read-only, to download your data.
- Erasure: we erase all data of the workspace and email every owner a confirmation.
No switching or data transfer charges.
Only owners of a workspace can start switching or leaving, and they can cancel until the transition ends.
Advisors' access to the workspace ends when the transition ends.
Export API
The export API is described in an OpenAPI document. Create an export, check its status, then ask for a download link valid for 15 minutes.
Use the access token of a signed-in session (valid 15 minutes, refreshed by the web app). Workspace API keys for scripts are planned for v1.1.
Up to 10 exports per hour and 2 full exports per day per workspace. These limits protect the service; exports are free.

Additive changes are minor versions. Removing a column needs a major version and 12 months' overlap.
