About This Plant

Snow peas are a cool-season legume grown for their edible, flat pods, often harvested before the seeds fully develop. They are a fast-growing, low-maintenance crop suitable for both soil and hydroponic systems. As a nitrogen-fixing plant, they require a low-nitrogen nutrient solution. They prefer cooler temperatures and will stop producing in high heat.
